Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a dedicated Client Service Coordinator to manage client and pet flow, promote services, and deliver friendly, efficient care. You will support the veterinary team, educate clients about wellness plans, and ensure accurate documentation and smooth check‑in/check‑out experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience and a background in medical terminology; veterinary or healthcare exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• One year related experience required with customer service preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Promote hospital services and route clients to ensure superior care.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Assist with scheduling, invoices, and retail product sales.
