Medical Management International, Inc. is seeking a Client Service Coordinator for Banfield Pet Hospital. You will help manage client and pet flow, promote wellness plans, and ensure a friendly, efficient hospital environment to support the veterinary team.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, attention to detail, and ability to work with wellness programs and prescription items. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related customer service experience preferred.
• Medical background or veterinary terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients about wellness plans and services.
• Assist with intake: gather client/pet information and enter records in the computer.
• Disseminate invoices, schedule appointments and dispense prescribed items per veterinarian's instructions.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and basic administrative tasks.
