Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to manage client and pet flow, maximize team productivity, and ensure clear communication with clients. You will educate clients about wellness plans and deliver friendly, efficient service while building loyalty and referrals.

The CSC role requires strong English communication, multi-tasking, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude. Weekend/evening hours may be required. High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital for efficient service.

• Ensure clients and pets are welcomed and comfortable in the hospital.
• Provide accurate instructions, invoices, and scheduling of future visits.
• Maintain accurate balances and operate opening/closing procedures.
