Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator (CSC) to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximize productivity, and ensure excellent communication with clients and associates. You will coordinate care in a welcoming, efficient environment to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

The role emphasizes client education about wellness plans, preventative care, and hospital services, while supporting front-desk and veterinary teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography (x-ray).
• One year of related experience preferred for this role.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars within self and team.
• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing the flow of clients and pets for superior care and productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by maintaining a productive and efficiently run hospital.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
