Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to manage client and pet flow, ensure seamless communication, and support a productive veterinary team in a fast-paced hospital setting.

You will promote wellness plans, educate clients on pet health, handle intake and documentation, and help schedule visits, while maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for clients and pets.

Qualifications

• Fluent English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography.
• One year related experience with customer service preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by the hospital team through productive and efficiently run hospital.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times; encourage hospital visits and educate clients about their pet’s health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation, enter pet information, and schedule future appointments.
