Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 18 years old for radiography duties.
• One year related customer service experience.
• Medical background preferred (vet tech, healthcare).

Responsibilities

• Live by the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Promote hospital services and route clients/pets to ensure productive flow.
• Maximize pets seen by maintaining an efficient hospital workflow.
• Provide professional, friendly service and educate clients about health.
• Explain Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care needs.
• Assist clients with documentation and pet records; ensure proper IDs.
• Process invoices, dispense meds per vet instructions, and schedule visits.
• Manage finances with accurate opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
