Job summary

A Caring Doctor, P.C. is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, ensuring excellent service and high productivity for the veterinary team. You will educate clients on pet health, assist with wellness plans, and help keep records accurate.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering friendly, efficient client service in a fast-paced veterinary environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task across multiple clients and pets with accuracy.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Organizational skills to turn chaos into order and keep records current.

Responsibilities

• Drive flow of clients and pets to maximize hospital productivity.
• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and wellness plans.
• Educate clients about pet health, preventive care, and OWPs.
• Complete documentation, enter pet data, and manage invoices and appointments.
• Dispense medications per veterinarian instructions and process sales.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Handle administrative duties and other duties as assigned.
