Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Medical background (vet/healthcare) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity of the veterinary medical team.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times; educate clients about wellness plans and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation, enter pet information and history, and schedule future appointments; manage check-in/out and invoicing.
