Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times to clients and pets.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients by completing required documentation and entering pet information.
• Assist outgoing clients by providing instructions, invoices and scheduling future appointments.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures."
