Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital seeks a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and ensure a welcoming experience. The role emphasizes educating clients on wellness plans, preventive care, and hospital services, while handling client intake, documentation, and scheduling with accuracy.

The CSC collaborates with staff to maintain efficient operations, provide exceptional service, and promote continued client visits and referrals in a fast-paced veterinary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times.
• Educate clients about wellness plans, preventive care and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation, pet information, history, and identification.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling.
