Job summary

Green Beagle Lodge is seeking a Full-Time Client Care Representative to join our client care team in Pittsboro, NC. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service to clients and their dogs in a fast-paced environment.

You will welcome clients, schedule reservations, manage client records, and support multiple service areas including daycare, boarding, grooming, and training. Great communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their pets with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Schedule reservations and accurately manage client accounts.
• Check dogs in and out for daycare, boarding, grooming, and training services.
• Answer questions and educate clients about our services, policies, and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure client information is up to date.
• Assist with retail sales and service recommendations.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front office.
• Work closely with the Pet Care, Grooming, and Training teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Handle behaviorally challenged dogs to support successful check-in and check-out experiences.
