Job summary

Island PawPlex is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for clients and their pets. You will greet customers, answer questions about boarding, grooming, and daycare services, and help ensure every pet and owner has a fantastic experience.

Responsibilities include welcoming pets and owners, scheduling, front desk operations, and coordinating with grooming and kennel staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills: phone, interpersonal, and written with proper spelling and grammar.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to handle dogs of all sizes and assist with front desk duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets; answer questions about services.
• Schedule appointments and manage reservations.
• Check-ins and check-outs; ensure pets have what they need.
• Maintain front desk area, cleanliness, and organization.
• Coordinate with grooming/kennel staff and veterinarians for records.
