Job summary

Pet Play House Phoenix is seeking a warm, friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. You will greet guests, answer questions about our boarding, grooming, and daycare services, and help ensure a fantastic experience.

In this role you’ll manage front desk duties, schedule appointments, coordinate with grooming and kennel staff, and maintain accurate client records.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication via phone, email, and in person.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to manage front desk and handle multiple tasks.
• Experience in customer service preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and their humans at check-in.
• Answer calls and emails about boarding, grooming, and daycare.
• Schedule appointments and reservations.
• Assist with front desk operations and check-ins/outs.
• Maintain documents and use kennel software.
• Coordinate with grooming and kennel staff.
• Escort dogs to play areas and maintain front office cleanliness.
• Represent the Village with a professional appearance.
