Job summary

Texas Oncology in Dallas Sammons location is seeking a PET/CT Technologist to perform imaging procedures, manage patient data, and support QA activities under supervision. The role may be filled at Level 1, 2, or Sr depending on candidate experience.

Ideal candidates will hold an AMA-accredited degree in Nuclear Medicine or Radiologic Technology with PET-CT certification, CNMT/ARRT(N) credentials, and a patient-focused, quality-driven approach to imaging in a busy oncology setting.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or Radiologic Technology with PET-CT certification.
• CNMT and/or ARRT(N) certification and state licensure where applicable.
• Experience in nuclear medicine and PET imaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic PET imaging procedures including injections, protocol setup, patient positioning, and image archiving.
• Supports scheduling, data collection, and QA activities; ensures accurate patient demographics and report distribution.
• Maintains safety standards and monitors scanner performance with daily quality control.
