Job summary

Texas Oncology is seeking a PET/CT Technologist to join our Mesquite team, with level 1/2 or Sr based on experience. You will perform PET imaging procedures, administer IV contrast as required, ensure QA, and support scheduling and patient data management.

Responsibilities include image acquisition, data transfer, archiving films, and assisting with safety procedures. CNMT/ARRT-N certifications and nuclear medicine/PET experience are preferred; licensure as applicable.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or Radiologic Technology with PET-CT certification.
• CNMT and/or ARRT(N) certification and state licensure as applicable.
• Minimum 3–5 years nuclear medicine and/or PET experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic PET imaging procedures, including injections and image acquisition.
• Assist with scheduling, front office tasks, and patient data management.
• Maintain QA and safety standards for equipment and procedures.
• Archive, print, and transfer PET images and films as required.
• Report malfunctions and assist with service coordination.
