Qualifications

• Highschool diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Typing 45 words per minute or more.
• Ability to lift 35+ lbs.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Veterinary knowledge or experience is a plus but not required.
• Available Saturdays in addition to varying hours throughout the week.
• Must pass a routine background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls.
• Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment scheduler.
• Assisting veterinarians.
• Filling medications and products as requested.
• Communicating effectively with clients in various situations.
• Using the computer to retrieve records and print reports.
• Promoting the hospital on social media.
• Greet clients and act as the face of the clinic.
