Fleur Pet Hospital in Des Moines, IA, is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our front desk team. You will welcome clients and their pets, answer calls, schedule appointments, and assist with billing in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client communications.
• Process payments, maintain accurate records, and assist with billing inquiries.
• Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean, welcoming, and organized.
• Order and record inventory of prescription diets.
• Support the veterinary team with client follow-ups and daily administrative tasks.

Fleur Pet Hospital is your trusted veterinarian providing wellness exams, emergency care, microchipping, vaccinations, dental care, and more for cats, dogs, rabbits, pocket pets, avians, and pot-bellied pigs in Des Moines, Indianola, Norwalk, Runnells, Altoona, Carlisle, Urbandale, and West Des Moines. Located in the heart of Des Moines, we've been serving local families and their pets for decades. What Youll Do

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30 - 5:30

Wednesday 8 - 12 every 3rd week
