Kingdom Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to be the first and last point of contact, handling appointments, calls, and client information with a focus on seamless communication with the medical team.

You will update records in our practice management system, process billing, and assist daily operations while maintaining a welcoming environment for pets and their families.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and compassionate client service.
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in veterinary or healthcare.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and online communication platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.

• Answer calls and emails with professional, friendly service.
• Schedule appointments based on client needs and veterinarian availability.
• Use technology to send appointment reminders, confirmations, and follow-up messages.
• Update client and patient records in the practice management system.
