Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Veterinary EMR systems experience (Avimark, Cornerstone).
• Preferred: One year of CSR experience.
• Preferred: Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails promptly with friendly service.
• Schedule appointments based on client needs and veterinarian availability.
• Update client and patient records in the practice management system.
• Process billing transactions and support clinic operations.
• Assist with client education about services and promotions.
