Job summary

Gateway Services Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Route Service Representative to manage daily routes, interact with veterinary clinics, and provide compassionate, accurate pet pickup and delivery services.

This full-time, hourly role in Montpelier, IN requires physical activity, lifting up to 100 lbs, and a schedule of M-F 7am-3:30pm. Training is provided, with medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and PTO included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service or route-based experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Comfortable using mobile tech and CRM systems; flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted clinic relationships.
• Ensure pets are handled and transported with dignity.
• Execute pickups and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Use company technology to scan pets and verify details.
• Document requests and follow through.
• Interact with pet parents with compassion and professionalism.
