Job summary

Gateway Services Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative/Route Service Representative in Sandy, UT. You will manage a demanding route, interact with veterinary clinics and pet parents, and ensure pickups and deliveries are performed accurately with care.

The role emphasizes professionalism, reliability, and the ability to handle emotionally sensitive situations in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in customer service or route-based work is preferred.
• Role requires lifting and working early mornings, weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Review daily routes and load required equipment before departure.
• Visit veterinary clinics, build professional relationships and follow procedures.
• Retrieve deceased pets respectfully and document requests accurately.
• Use mobile tech to scan pets and verify names, IDs, and instructions.
• Deliver on-time pickups and deliveries and hand off to Operations.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and support basic account tasks.
• Provide clinics with information on services and refer opportunities.
