The role emphasizes independence, reliability, and strong communication in emotionally sensitive environments, with training provided for those new to pet aftercare.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service or route-based experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted clinic relationships.
• Execute pickups and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Protect trust with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Scan pets, verify names/IDs/instructions, and document requests.
• Interact with pet parents with compassion when needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete admin tasks as needed.
