Job summary

Gateway Services Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will be the primary face-to-face contact with veterinary clinics and pet owners.

This role involves managing a demanding route, handling pets in sensitive situations, and delivering accurate pickups and deliveries with professionalism. The CSR works independently, upholds high accountability, and reports to the Care Center Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using mobile technology and CRM systems.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted clinic relationships.
• Ensure pets are handled and transported with dignity.
• Execute pickups and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Use company technology to scan pets at pickup and delivery; verify names/IDs/instructions.
• Complete all route stops accurately and on time.
• Interact with pet parents with compassion and professionalism.
