Southgate Veterinary Clinic in Bellefontaine, OH is seeking a friendly part-time receptionist to greet clients, schedule appointments, check in/out, and process payments. You’ll help create a calm, compassionate experience for pets and their families.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of veterinary reception experience, is highly organized, a strong communicator, and comfortable with computer tasks. We offer training, benefits, and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year veterinary receptionist experience preferred.
• Compassionate, calm, team player, multitasker and strong communicator.
• Highly organized and possess computer skills.
• Self-starter with desire to grow knowledge and skillset.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome clients and patients; triage concerns and direct as needed.
• Answer calls or emails and route to appropriate party for resolution.
• Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow.
• Check in and check out clients and process payments.
• Provide emotional support in a compassionate, discreet manner when needed.
