• Minimum 1 year veterinary receptionist experience (preferred).
• Compassionate, calm demeanor with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reception area appearance and greet clients and patients.
• Answer questions, triage concerns, and direct calls or emails to the right party.
• Schedule appointments to optimize daily flow and perform check-in/check-out and payments.
• Provide emotional support to clients during times of need and be comfortable with medical outcomes.
