• Schedule appointments and manage our busy clinic calendar.
• Answer calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
• Keep client records up-to-date, including medical history and insurance details.
• Assist with check-in and check-out, including payment processing.
• Share helpful information about our services, products, and procedures.
• Keep the reception area tidy, welcoming, and pet friendly.
• Work closely with our veterinary team to keep the clinic running smoothly.
