Hanover Park Animal Care Center is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients. You will assist with inquiries, scheduling, and a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced pet-care environment.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a genuine love for animals, and the ability to multitask while maintaining accurate records and delivering compassionate service to clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
• Previous customer service experience, ideally in animal care or veterinary settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy front-desk environment.
• Positive attitude and genuine love for animals.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Schedule appointments for grooming, vaccinations, and care.
• Provide information about services, procedures, and policies.
• Process payments and maintain client and pet records.
• Assist in managing animal care requests and admin duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless service.
