Black Forest Veterinary Clinic is seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our front desk team. You will be the first and last face clients see, greet clients and pets, manage appointments, and coordinate with the clinical team to keep the hospital running smoothly.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, payments, reminders, and handling stressful situations with empathy. The role offers full-time or part-time hours with growth opportunities in a growing practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, patient demeanor.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with multitasking.
• Basic computer skills; ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients and patients warmly in person, by phone, and by email or text.
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar.
• Check patients in/out and update client/patient records.
• Process payments and explain invoices; handle payment plans if needed.
• Communicate treatment plans and follow-up care to clients; escalate medical questions as needed.
• Maintain smooth patient flow between lobby, exam rooms, and treatment areas.
