Job summary

Blackforest Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the front desk team. You will greet clients and their pets, manage the appointment calendar, and assist with check-in/out while maintaining compassionate, clear communication.

You will collaborate with veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth hospital operations, handle payments, and provide excellent service in a busy practice setting.

Qualifications

• The CSR will welcome clients and pets and handle front desk duties with professionalism.
• Strong communication and a calm, compassionate demeanor are required.
• Ability to balance a busy front desk while delivering accurate records and payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person, by phone, and by email or text.
• Check patients in/out and update client records.
• Process payments, explain invoices, and discuss financing options.
• Coordinate patient flow between lobby and exam rooms.
• Manage records requests, referrals, and pharmacy communications.
• Send reminders and follow up on recalls.
