Job summary

Marsveterinary is looking for a Client Service Coordinator to help manage the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. You will support the veterinary team, educate clients on preventive care, and drive repeat visits through excellent service.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy in patient records and scheduling. Weekend and evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography and exposure to radioactive substances.
• One year related experience preferred, with customer service background.
• Medical or veterinary background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc. within self and team.
• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing clients and pets for care.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by maintaining a productive hospital flow.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet data entry.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and scheduling.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative functions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
