Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their pets with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Answer phones and assist customers, routing inquiries as needed.
• Tour new clients through the facility and upsell services.
• Maintain up-to-date vaccination records for safety.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs and cash handling with accuracy.
• Respond to complaints with patience and professionalism.
