Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and pets, ensuring comfort and educating on preventive care.
• Document and enter pet history, requested services, and other information in the practice management software.
• Direct client and pet flow to ensure superior care and productivity.
• Answer basic questions and triage service needs; refer to veterinary staff as needed.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with veterinarians to optimize scheduling.
• Provide instructions and invoices; dispense prescriptions and sell retail items.
• Handle cash and reconcile the cash drawer daily.
• Respond to complaints professionally and resolve issues.
• Support collaborative environment for high-quality care.
