Job summary

BARK + BOARDING MANASSAS is looking for a Pet Care Concierge to provide friendly customer service at the front desk, manage reception duties, and support daily operations. You will assist with record keeping, cash handling, and scheduling grooming, boarding, and in-home services for clients and their pets.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a compassionate approach to animal care, with the ability to work well under pressure and on weekends or holidays

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Experience with record keeping, clerical duties, and basic data entry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge clients promptly with a courteous, professional demeanor and assist with scheduling.
• Greet clients, assist with check-in/check-out, and manage documents in accounts.
• Answer phones, process invoices and payments, and maintain a clean reception area.
• Retail duties include over-the-counter sales and product knowledge.
• Ensure lobby is organized, restock materials, and support front desk staff.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in line with company policy; interact with animals with care.
