Job summary

Destination Pet in Green Bay, WI seeks a Customer Service Representative to greet pet parents and their furry VIPs, answer calls, and guide guests through our facility. You’ll manage check-ins/check-outs, handle payments, and help keep the lobby welcoming.

Availability in evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. A customer-focused, multi-tasking team player who stays calm under pressure will thrive in our busy pet-care environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their pets with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Answer phones and assist guests, guiding tours of the facility as needed.
• Manage check-ins/check-outs and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Keep lobby tidy, balanced end-of-day cash drawer, and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
• Support team colleagues and upsell services when appropriate.
