Stoney Creek Veterinary Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist (Care Coordinator) to join our team on a rotating shift. The role supports the hospital with administrative duties and high-quality customer service for pet owners.

The ideal candidate is 18+, has a HS diploma or GED, and is willing to train; veterinary experience is a plus. This on-site position offers medical benefits and opportunities for growth within a large network.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
• Willing to train the right candidate.
• Preferably a College Graduate.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in-person and over the phone.
• Manages lobby flow and schedules appointments.
• Assists with basic medical emergencies for pets and owners.
• Handles medication pickups and inquiries; provides service information.
• Inputs and manages data in practice management software, including billing.
• Assists with retail sales and maintains records; processes faxes.
