Bond Vet, a growing veterinary clinic network in the United States, is looking for a compassionate Care Coordinator to greet clients and pets, manage clinic appointment flow, and support the veterinary team across our clinics.

You will communicate with clients, referral partners, and veterinary teams by phone, email, and in person, while maintaining clean, organized spaces and assisting with operations. Bond Vet values guest Experience and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Experience in veterinary reception is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems and tech platforms.
• Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and teamwork.
• Prior veterinary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, supportive experience for pet parents from check-in to check-out.
• Manage daily appointment flow, scheduling, and walk-in coordination in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Communicate with clients, referral partners, and veterinary teams via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked client-facing spaces.
• Provide exceptional hospitality, answer questions, and help educate pet parents during their visit.
• Support clinic operations and collaborate closely with the veterinary team to ensure a smooth client and patient experience.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed to support the hospital team.
