Bond Vet is seeking a Care Coordinator in New York to deliver an inviting experience for pet parents from check-in to check-out. You will manage daily appointment flow, coordinate walk-ins, and communicate with clients and teams to ensure smooth visits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, veterinary reception, or other client-facing roles.
• Veterinary industry experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple computer systems and technology platforms.
• Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and working collaboratively as part of a team.
• Prior experience in veterinary medicine or animal care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, supportive experience for pet parents and their pets from check-in through check-out
• Manage daily appointment flow, scheduling, and walk‑in coordination in a fast‑paced clinical environment
• Communicate with clients, referral partners, and veterinary teams via phone, email, and in person
• Maintain organized, clean, and well‑stocked client‑facing spaces
• Provide exceptional hospitality, answer questions, and help educate pet parents throughout their visit
• Support clinic operations and collaborate closely with the veterinary team to ensure a smooth client and patient experience
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed to support the hospital team
