You will manage appointment flow, coordinate walk-ins, and communicate with families and veterinary teams by phone, email, and in person, while keeping spaces organized and stocked. This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and client-first service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, veterinary reception, or other client-facing roles.
• Veterinary industry experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, supportive experience for pet parents and their pets from check-in through check-out.
• Manage daily appointment flow, scheduling, and walk-in coordination in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Communicate with clients, referral partners, and veterinary teams via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked client-facing spaces.
• Provide exceptional hospitality, answer questions, and help educate pet parents throughout their visit.
• Support clinic operations and collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure a smooth client and patient experience.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed to support the hospital team.
