Destination Pet is hiring a Customer Service Representative at Ortega Animal Care Center in California. You will greet pet parents and their VIPs, answer phones, and guide clients through our services to ensure outstanding care and a smooth visit.

Typical duties include check-in/check-out, handling payments, maintaining clean spaces, and assisting teammates as needed. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with phones, emails, and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and their pets, ensuring a friendly, professional first impression.
• Answering phones and assisting clients with scheduling and inquiries.
• Touring clients through the facility and explaining available services.
• Maintaining accurate records, vaccinations on file, and up-to-date invoices.
• Handling payments and balancing cash drawer at shift end.
• Cooperating with team and supporting colleagues as needed.
