Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and their pets like guests at a 5-star resort.
• Answer phones with a friendly tone and multi-task effectively.
• Tour new clients through the facility and upsell services.
• Ensure up-to-date vaccinations are on file for safety.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs with accuracy and a personal touch.
• Process cash, card payments and balance the cash drawer.
• Address complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Escort pets to and from enclosures with care.
• Keep the lobby clean and welcoming for first impressions.
