Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of related experience in customer service preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary or human healthcare) is a plus.
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Fluent English communication and professional conduct required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation, pet history, and scheduling.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions, and retail.
• Maintain accurate financial balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
