Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in Bloomington seeks a Client Service Coordinator to manage client and pet flow through the hospital and support the veterinary team. You will educate clients about wellness plans, schedule visits and ensure smooth operations with a friendly, efficient approach.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking and a client-focused attitude; prior customer service is preferred. Weekend/evening hours may be required as part of a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience with customer service preferred.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients; manage flow of clients and pets.
• Educate clients about hospital services and wellness plans.
• Enter pet and client information into computer systems accurately.
• Process invoices, schedule appointments and assist with billing.
• Provide professional, courteous service in a welcoming environment.
