Garden City Veterinary Care in Mineola, NY is seeking a friendly Client Service Representative to support pet owners and our team. You will answer phones, schedule appointments, process payments, and help maintain a welcoming lobby.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, and a genuine love for animals. Spanish skills are a plus; HS diploma required; veterinary experience preferred. This role offers flexible scheduling and a pet-friendly workplace.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a Customer Service/Customer Facing role.
• Excellent communication, multitasking and organizational skills.

• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Answering phones and taking messages.
• Scheduling appointments and answering emails.
• Checking-in clients and patients; ensuring file information is accurate.
• Collecting and processing payments, cash handling.
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby.
• Assisting in animal handling of pets up to 50lbs.
