Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic computer skills required for daily tasks.
• Able to lift or move up to 40 lbs independently.
• Background check and 3 professional references if offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly client service to customers and their pets.
• Interact with clients in person and on the phone.
• Check clients in for appointments and emergencies.
• Answer high volume calls on a multi-line system.
• Schedule Doctor and Technician appointments for two locations.
• Maintain clear written and oral communication and attention to detail.
• Support a team in a busy environment with multiple tasks.
