Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to help manage the flow of clients and pets, promote services, and support a friendly, efficient hospital environment.

You will educate clients on preventive care and wellness plans, ensure accurate documentation and invoicing, and work to deliver exceptional service while supporting the veterinary team. Weekend/evening availability may be required.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have excellent English communication and a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple client flows in a fast-paced veterinary setting.
• Experience in client education and explaining medical and service options is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital efficiently.
• Promote hospital services and maximize productivity of the medical team.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and preventive care.
• Provide outstanding service and ensure clients and pets are comfortable.
• Handle documentation, invoicing, and scheduling with accuracy.
