VCA Great Lakes Veterinary Specialists in Warrensville Heights, Ohio is hiring for nights and weekend shifts as an entry-level receptionist/customer service representative. Join a busy small animal specialty, emergency, and general practice hospital dedicated to compassionate client care.

In this role you will act as a liaison between clients and medical staff, handle phones, filing and data entry, and help guide clients and their pets through exams and treatment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of proven past experience helping customers.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Compassion for pets and people, and awareness of others' reactions.
• Proven decision-making skills to choose the most appropriate course of action.
