Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital in the United States (Kansas) is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets, support the veterinary team, and ensure a welcoming, efficient hospital environment.

You will educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, process admissions, appointments and invoices, and contribute to a strong team culture built on Banfield's Five Principles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 18+ preferred; customer service experience helpful.
• Fluent English communication and strong written/spoken skills.
• Experience in veterinary or medical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and pets, ensuring a welcoming hospital environment.
• Educate clients about wellness plans, preventive care, and hospital services.
• Enter pet information and history into the computer accurately.
• Schedule appointments and process invoices; assist with retail sales.
• Support the veterinary team to maximize client flow and productivity.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and basic financial duties.
