Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients about wellness plans.
• Assist with invoicing, prescriptions, and scheduling future visits.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet history entry.
• Support opening/closing procedures and hospital finances.
