Job summary

VCA Northwest Animal Hospital Ina is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team in Tucson, AZ. This CSR will be the face of the practice, greeting clients and their pets, scheduling exams, handling payments, and guiding customers through our services.

The role involves educating clients on basic pet care, maintaining records, and ensuring the hospital environment remains clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and professional communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and appointments.
• Familiarity with posting and processing payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer phones, and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Place outbound follow-up calls and reach out to prospective clients.
• Present and explain fees and process payments.
• Recommend, select, and obtain products and services, including prescriptions.
• Educate clients on animal husbandry and basic pet care (heartworm prevention, housebreaking, flea & tick control).
• Manage medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Maintain hospital cleanliness and upkeep of both inside and outside areas.
