You will present fees, process payments, recommend products and services, educate clients on basic pet care, and help maintain medical records and a clean, organized facility.

• Greeting visitors, answering telephones, guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and outreach to prospective clients
• Presenting and explaining fees and processing payments
• Recommending and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions
• Educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care
• Maintaining medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
• Maintaining a neat and clean facility inside and outside
